Reservation Policy

When you make a reservation request through the booking engine, your reservation is not final. Your request will be first reviewed and then confirmed.

Prices includes BBQ Equipment & Utensils. Food and gas not included. Guests wishing to consume
personal alcohol during meals in the BBQ area (only) must pay an additional ¥2,000 fee per group.
The Nomade Resort also provides a fun, relaxing, friendly cash bar called the Terrace Bar.
Personal drinks are permitted only in guest rooms and in the BBQ area.

 

Cancellation and Refund Policy

​To receive a full refund, guests must cancel within 48 hours of booking, and the cancellation must occur at least 14 days before check-in. If guests cancel between 7 and 14 days before check-in, 50% are charged for all nights. If guests cancel after that, 100% is charged for all nights.
